The Equine Studies Program offers three credit earning internships in Events Management, Communications, and Social Media.

The Events Management Internship is targeted toward students in Agribusiness Management, Agricultural and Extension Education or Animal and Nutritional Sciences. Interns are interested in careers in facility management, event planning and extension programs to assist with the management of the event facility as well as the planning, marketing and management of events and programs.

The Communications and Social Media Internships are targeted towards students in Communications Studies, Public Relations and Journalism with a strong equine background. Interns are interested in building their portfolio by communicating and marketing our program and farm to prospective and current students, alumni, industry partners and the community at large.
