Nicole Molinaro

Career: Molinaro currently runs her own media business, Gianni Equi Media, specializing in providing marketing and promotional services to companies and organizations within the equine industry. She has worked with large shows such as the Devon Horse Show and the Pennsylvania National Horse Show as well as equestrian companies and tack shops such as Essex Classics. Molinaro and her family launched their own clothing line on July 4th, 2015 called Welsh Wear. The line is designed to cater to those in the equestrian industry as well as those who enjoy wearing preppy style clothes. The logo for the company is a Welsh Corgi dog wearing a bow tie and they even have a Wild and Wonderful Morgantown Collection.  

Internships: The summer leading into her senior year at WVU, Molinaro completed an internship at the Devon Horse Show, where she focused on the marketing the show via social media. After graduating she was asked to come back to Devon and soon became the Marketing Director. Her media company has grown from there!

Claim to Fame: Molinaro’s best known for creating the first preppy clothing company with a Corgi as the logo.

WVU Student Organizations: During undergrad Molinaro was a member of the WVU Western Equestrian Team and the New Member Educator for Alpha Omicron Pi.

About Attending WVU: “Take the few short years that you are at WVU to do and try out everything. You never know what is going to cause you find the right direction that will lead to your career. If you want to join a club or go Greek, but you aren’t sure; join anyway and then make a decision. WVU offers its students so many incredible opportunities in and out of the classroom and once you graduate you may never have the opportunity to try those things again.”
